    Social work support offers early intervention, daily living skills, community engagement, life transition support, and social-emotional development. It uses a holistic, strengths-based approach to achieve the best outcomes for individuals and families. Our Social Workers are trained in Zones of Regulation, Sleep, Counselling, Independent Living Skills, Social Thinking, and Behaviour Support.

  • POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT

    LCTS will work with you and your child to develop tailored behavioural assessments, interventions and support plan to best support your child in any environment utilising a Positive Behaviour Support Framework (PBS).

  • SUPPORT COORDINATION

    Support coordination services can be provided to help you understand your NDIS plan, coordinate your plan, find suitable providers, access mainstream supports and prepare for your NDIS reviews.
